Fun Run 2017

The Stokes Bay Fun Run took place on Sunday 18 June 2017.
The event consisted  of an official, chip timed, one mile distance run along the beautiful Stokes Bay, Gosport promenade.  Followed by a mixed terrain 5 km, chip timed run.
There was a whellchair event and a childrens run, followed by the adult events. All took place along the Stokes Bay promenade following the course of the Golden Mile.
The race was managed by Nice Work on behalf of Absolute Running.
Gosport’s Golden Mile is the brainchild of Harry Carter who founded Absolute Running with his Dad, Nick in 2012
